Andrew Tahmooressi has been imprisoned in Mexico since March 31st – over five months. He was detained by Mexican authorities for crossing into Mexico with loaded weapons.
The 26 year old Marine has served two tours in Afghanistan and is now in the Reserves. He had recently moved to San Diego from Florida with all of his possessions. These possessions, which included legal, purchased weapons, were in his vehicle when he crossed the border.
